New to Yoga? Try a Free Class!
If you are new to yoga and a local resident, your first class with us is free!* Just come to a level 1 or gentle that you would like to try and tell the teacher you would like your free trial class.
Join us anytime. If you are new to yoga try a Level 1 class, Backcare or Gentle yoga. Learn about our classes here.
*We are sorry, free classes are not available for level 1/2, level 2, or level 3. First free class not available to out of town visitors.
Registration is open for Late Winter Session beginning 2/27 and all workshops. We appreciate preregistration for classes. After selecting your classes, you can choose to pay onsite with cash/check/credit card or by making an online payment using your credit/debit card thru Paypal (no Paypal account needed.) Full payment is due at the class meeting. We accept checks, credit cards or cash at the yoga center.
Credit card information is never stored here. Your email and personal information are never shared with anyone else.

Levels 1, 2 & 3, Backcare, Gentle: Two Classes Per Week for 8 weeks
If you want to take 2 classes per week, please use the drop-down boxes to register for your class times. First choose one class time from the first “Choose One Class” drop-down, then choose the second class time from the “Choose Second Class” drop-down.

Unlimited Classes for 8 Weeks
Come to as many classes as you would like during the 8-week session for one great price. Please understand that there are no refunds or extensions available for any reason, including medical or family emergencies. Also, the unlimited class option is non-transferable. There are no make-ups or carryovers with this arrangement.
Students opting for the unlimited option must meet the prerequisites before attending Level 2 and above classes. Workshops and special classes are excluded from the unlimited class arrangement.
