Core Stability Class with Julie Burtis

Bring your stability balls and core conundrums to this two-hour refresher course! We will review planks, bridges, and roll ups as well as breathing techniques to increase abdominal function. Class is open to all, including students with no prior core stability training.
Julie Burtis is a physical therapist. Her teaching integrates mindfulness, breath work, and precise therapeutic exercise. She enjoys working with students of all levels and is particularly interested in chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and myofascial pain syndrome.
