Partner Prenatal Yoga Class
Friday July 18th, 6-7pm
Practicing yoga together is one way for you and your partner to bond and share in the pregnancy experience. In this class we will practice poses that require you to work together and explore ways for your partner to be “hands on” – not only during pregnancy, but in labor, too! No yoga experience required.
Register once per couple under either person’s name. Please preregister.
Sally Hoesing is your teacher.
Sally holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a degree in Nursing. She incorporates her experience as a Labor & Delivery RN into her prenatal classes and adventures as a mama to influence her love for supporting postpartum mothers.Sally began studying Iyengar yoga in 2000. She has completed a Teacher Training course with Julie Lawrence and is currently working toward Iyengar Certification. She recently passed her Intro I Iyengar Yoga assessment. She regularly takes two classes per week with her teachers, Julie Gudmestad and Julie Lawrence, as well as regularly studying with Senior certified instructors. Iyengar yoga focuses on correct alignment, which helps bring balance to the body, both physically and intellectually.
