New to yoga? Try our four week intro to yoga series with Lisa Incognito.
This class will meet Tuesday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm. Class meeting dates are April 1, 8, 15 and 22.
Lisa will guide you through basic yoga poses, including poses from the standing, seated and restorative family of poses. You will gain confidence to join an ongoing level 1 or gentle class.
Lisa brings compassion and a warm sense of humor to each yoga class. She began practicing Iyengar yoga in 2006, and finds joy in sharing the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga with others. She has attended workshops with nationally recognized Iyengar instructors Felicity Green and Marla Apt. Lisa is working towards becoming a certified Iyengar yoga instructor through her apprenticeship with Nina Pileggi and working with Barb Steif.
