Registration for Winter Session 2013 is now open. Winter session begins Monday January 7th for yoga classes. The core classes will have an extra week off due to Julie’s schedule and will start January 17th and January 18th. We have added a few new classes and there are some other changes as well.
Nuvana’s Tuesday morning yoga classes are back. She will teach a level 1 yoga class Tuesdays at 8:30-10:00am and a level 2 and 3 yoga class Tuesday from 10:15-12:15.
The back care class is moving to Saturdays at 11:00am effective in January.
The level 1 core class on Thursday afternoon is moving to 4:15pm.
